Perishable Product Policy
All PuriPuri products are freshly made and perishable. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
Delivery-Related Issues
We are not responsible for refunds in the following situations:

Customer unavailable during delivery

Incorrect address provided

Delayed refrigeration after delivery

Product quality affected after delivery completion

Missed pickup time
-
Preference-based concerns (e.g., taste, texture, sweetness)
Once delivery is completed or pickup is made, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Cancellations made before this period may be eligible for store credit only.
Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be issued as one of the following:

Replacement item

Partial refund (case-by-case)
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
