Delivery Policy

Delivery Schedule

We currently offer local delivery on:

  • Wednesday

  • Saturday

  • Sunday

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Delivery time windows will be provided after order confirmation.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Markham

  • Richmond Hill

  • North York

  • Scarborough

Orders outside these areas may be cancelled or subject to additional delivery fees.

Delivery Fee

  • Free delivery on orders over $40

  • Orders under $40 may incur a delivery fee

  • Delivery fee (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

Pickup Option

Pickup is available at:

First Markham Place
Saturday · 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please arrive within the pickup window. Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may not be guaranteed.

Perishable Product Notice

All PuriPuri puddings are fresh, handmade, and perishable.
Products should be refrigerated immediately upon receiving and consumed within 3 days for best quality.

We are not responsible for product quality after delivery or pickup is completed.

Delivery Disclaimer

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order

  • If no one is available, the order may be left at the door (if safe) at the customer's risk

  • We are not responsible for damage, loss, or spoilage after delivery is completed

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers may result in failed delivery without refund

Refund & Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of delivery/pickup

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final
