Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities
Refuse any order
Cancel orders due to availability
Cancel orders outside delivery zones
Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or errors

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified.

Product Description

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in:

Appearance
Color
Texture
Caramel flow
Container fill level

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in CAD.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Delivery & Pick-up

Delivery is available only within selected areas.
Delivery time windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

By placing an order, you agree that:

Someone must be available to receive delivery
Orders may be left at the door if no one is available
Risk transfers to the customer once delivered
We are not responsible for unattended deliveries
Incorrect addresses may result in failed delivery

Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Customers must arrive during the scheduled pickup window.

We are not responsible for:

Missed pickup times
Late arrivals
Unclaimed orders

Orders not picked up may not be refunded

Perishable Products

All products are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

Products must be stored properly
Consume within recommended timeframe
We are not responsible after delivery/pickup
Improper storage may affect quality and safety

Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final
No refunds for preference-based reasons
No refunds for missed delivery/pickup
No refunds for incorrect address

Allergen

Our products may contain:

Dairy
Eggs
Gelatin
Coffee
Sugar

We do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen.
Customers with allergies order at their own risk.

Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Submit false information
Attempt to disrupt the website
Copy content without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuriPuri shall not be liable for:

Allergic reactions
Improper storage
Delivery delays
Spoilage after delivery
Missed pickup
Indirect or incidental damages

All products are consumed at the customer's own risk.
